What are your business hours?
Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. However, I sometimes work with clients on weekends to accommodate their schedules. I also respond to emails and voice messages outside work hours.
Do you work with clients in-person or remotely?
Remotely via phone or digital conferencing.
What is your usual turnaround time?
It can take between seven and 21 business days to complete a project. However, client availability or unforeseen circumstances can impact the completion times.
Do you specialize in certain industries?
I work with clients across various industries.
Do you write military transition résumés?
Yes. I help veterans translate their skills and achievements for civilian roles.
Can you guarantee I’ll find a job?
No one can guarantee job placement, but a high-quality résumé, cover letter and LinkedIn profile can improve your chances of landing an interview and a job.
What is your payment policy?
Clients must pay a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due before final product delivery.
How do I Pay?
You’ll receive an invoice with an online payment link attached. All major credit and debit cards, Afterpay, Cash App Pay and ACH bank transfers accepted.
Do you have a refund policy?
Due to the scope of the work, all sales are final. However, I will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final product. See Services Included above.
