What does F.A.C.T.S stand for?

F.A.C.T.S stands for First in Accurate Confidential Text Services. The name reflects my commitment to accuracy, clarity, and strategic communication.

What are your business hours?

Monday – Thursday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday appointments available as needed.

Do you work with clients in person or remotely?

Remotely via phone, email, and text.

GETTING STARTED AND THE PROCESS

What is your usual turnaround time?

Most projects are completed within 7 to 21 business days.

What if I need my résumé sooner?

Rush services may be available for an additional fee. Contact me directly to confirm availability
and pricing.

Will I receive services right away?

Yes. Services begin immediately upon deposit.

Do I need a résumé to get started?

No, a résumé is not required to begin. If you already have one, it is helpful for context, but we
will gather everything needed during your consultation – even if you are starting from scratch.

Do you use questionnaires?

No, I do not use questionnaires. Instead, I conduct a comprehensive phone interview to ask questions based on your résumé or career background. This allows me to ask follow-up questions and help you prep for an interview.

What happens after I receive the first draft?

You will have time to review the draft and request any revisions. Your feedback is expected to
ensure accuracy.

Do you specialize in certain industries?

I offer personalized writing services for professionals across a wide range of industries, including business support, agriculture and food, transportation and logistics, finance and insurance, consulting and marketing, IT and cybersecurity, education, healthcare, law enforcement, military, nonprofit, and more!

What if I do not know what type of job I want?

I can help clarify your goals during our consultation and tailor your résumé accordingly.

Do you write military to civilian résumés?

Yes. I specialize in translating military experience into civilian language and keywords.

Do you offer résumé updates for returning clients?

Yes. Returning clients receive résumé updates at a reduced rate.

Do you offer revisions after delivery?

Yes, if needed to ensure accuracy. One round of revisions is included with every project within the first 30 days. 

Can I purchase services as a gift for someone else?

Yes. Career packages make thoughtful gifts for new graduates, career changers, or job seekers.
